We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Membership Dues Refund Policy:
Membership Dues are not refundable. In the case of extenuating circumstances, contact the OOPA office at 503-654-5036 or send us an email at gro.yrtemotponogero.wwwnull@ofni.

Meeting Registration Refund Policy:
Refund of registration fee(s), less $25.00/person for administrative costs, will be granted on written request, provided the written request is postmarked no later than thirty days prior to the registered event. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date unless extenuating circumstances exist. To expedite your request, please Fax to 503.659.4189.

PAC Refund Policy:

Publications Refund Policy:
